Shipping policy

We currently ship orders from the United States. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other delays outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Eratique Vintage is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

For higher-value orders, we may require signature confirmation or additional insurance at our discretion.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and assist with the next steps.
