How We Ship

Every Eratique Vintage order is carefully packaged to protect your piece in transit. Jewelry is placed in a presentation box with protective padding, then finished with a ribbon and our wax seal—giving each purchase a gift-wrapped touch at no additional cost. Presentation boxes are secured inside sturdy shipping boxes with protective filler for added security.

We want every order to arrive safely and every unboxing to feel special, whether the piece is a gift for someone you love or a gift to yourself. Because many of our pieces are rare or one of a kind, we handle each one with care throughout the process. Larger or unusually shaped items may require different packaging, but they will always be packed securely.

Orders are shipped with tracking, with insurance or signature confirmation added when appropriate. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Please note: Product photographs may include vintage jewelry boxes, stands, or other display pieces. Unless specifically included in the product description, these items are used for display only and are not included with your purchase.

Authenticity & Condition

Every piece in our collection is personally sourced, carefully inspected, researched, and evaluated. Maker, material, and era identifications are based on visible markings, construction, testing when available, seller research, and our experience with vintage and antique jewelry. We represent every piece in good faith and clearly distinguish confirmed information from informed attribution when certainty is not possible.

Because vintage and antique jewelry has lived a life before reaching us, age-related wear may be present. Condition notes and detailed photographs are included with each listing so you can purchase with confidence and know exactly what to expect.
