Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Eratique Vintage. Because our pieces are vintage, antique, or pre-owned, we ask that buyers review all photos, measurements, descriptions, and condition notes before purchasing.

Returns are accepted when we are contacted within 7 days of delivery and the item is shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

Returns for preference-based reasons, including fit, styling preference, color preference, scale, or a change of mind, are accepted under our standard return window, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If an order was shipped with free shipping, the actual original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund for preference-based returns.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, with no wear, damage, alterations, cleaning, repair attempts, or removed security tags if applicable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using tracking and insurance, especially for fragile, rare, or higher-value pieces. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale unless they were materially misrepresented:

• Clearance or heavily discounted items
• Items sold “as-is”
• Repair, craft, or salvage lots
• Gift cards
• Items damaged after delivery
• Items altered, cleaned, resized, repaired, or worn after receipt
